| 备注 |
Stollberg was a district administrative body in the Erzgebirge region of Saxony, and like hundreds of similar local authorities in 1923, it was compelled to print its own emergency currency when the Reichsbank could no longer supply denominations large enough to meet daily wage and retail demands. The 100-million-Mark face value dates this note to the autumn phase of the hyperinflation, when that sum would buy perhaps a loaf of bread.
Rats-Druckerei R. Dulce in nearby Glauchau was a commercial print shop pressed into monetary service — no specialist security printer, no intaglio, no anti-counterfeiting measures worth mentioning. By that point, forgery was economically pointless anyway.
