Obverse description The nonagonal obverse features a large geometric design composed of a square rotated 45 degrees, subdivided by diagonal lines to form a stylized crystalline or faceted pattern, rendered with contrasting mirror and frosted proof surfaces. The crowned Polish eagle, the national emblem, is superimposed at the centre of the geometric composition. The denomination '10 ZŁ' appears twice in the field, once on the left side and once on the right side of the coin, with the date '2006' inscribed along the upper flat edge. The legend 'RZECZPOSPOLITA POLSKA' is incused along the lower flat edge, and the mint mark 'MW' appears in the lower portion of the field.
