| Opis rewersu | Left-facing draped bust of Tadeusz Kościuszko, the Polish and American military hero, depicted in 18th-century attire with a ruffled cravat and long flowing hair, modelled in strong sculptural relief after the design by engraver Kazimierz Zieliński. Flanking the portrait to the lower left and right are two symmetrical decorative folk-art motifs comprising stylised heart and floral devices.
