| Obverse description | The crowned Polish eagle with wings spread, rendered in high relief at the center of the field, serving as the national arms of the Republic of Poland. The legend RZECZPOSPOLITA POLSKA arcs along the upper periphery in Latin characters. The date 2003 is inscribed in two parts flanking the eagle at the lower center, with the mint mark MW incorporated discreetly. To the right, an elegant rococo decorative frame encloses a standing female figure, identifiable by a partial legend referencing her as Regina of France and Navarre, alluding to Leszczyński's daughter Marie, Queen of France. The legend STANISŁAW LESZCZYŃSKI arcs diagonally along the upper left periphery, with his two reign periods 1704–1709 and 1733–1736 inscribed below in a curved arc.
