| Obverse description | At center, the Polish crowned White Eagle displayed, rendered in fine detail with spread wings and a royal crown above its head, occupies the upper field. The circular legend RZECZPOSPOLITA POLSKA arcs along the upper periphery. The date 2005 is divided by the eagle's body in the middle field, with '20' to the left and '05' to the right, each flanked by decorative dot ornaments.
