Obverse description The obverse features a superimposed design in which the Polish state emblem — a crowned eagle with wings displayed — occupies a central circular cartouche in mirror-proof finish, set against a high-relief medieval scene inspired by Romanesque manuscript illumination. Three robed ecclesiastical or princely figures are depicted beneath an ornate arch: a central figure with nimbus and bishop's crook stands prominently, flanked by two attendants, with stylised architectural towers framing the composition on either side. The circular legend reads 'RZECZPOSPOLITA POLSKA · 2014' along the upper arc, with the denomination '10 ZŁ' and mint mark 'mw' inscribed below the eagle.
