| Beschrijving voorzijde | The obverse features the crowned Polish Eagle — the national emblem of Poland — rendered in fine relief against a divided field, with the upper-right quadrant bearing a diagonal hatched pattern evoking a modernist graphic design. The mint mark (m/w) appears at the upper left. The year of issue '2022' is inscribed in the lower-left field, with the state title 'RZECZPOSPOLITA POLSKA' below in two lines. The denomination '10 ZŁ' is displayed within a rectangular panel in the lower-right portion of the field. |

Leon Biegeleisen was a Lwów-based lawyer and prominent Zionist activist whose life was cut short in the Holocaust — he was murdered in 1942 during the German liquidation of the Lwów ghetto. This coin belongs to NBP's long-running series commemorating Polish Jews of distinction, a program that has quietly become one of the more historically serious numismatic projects issued by any European central bank in the past two decades.
