Obverse description At left, the crowned eagle — State Emblem of the Republic of Poland — displayed with wings spread. In the central field, an uneven cobblestone pavement bears a stylised rendering of the national emblem. Below the pavement, the denomination inscription '10 zł' appears in the field. A semicircular legend 'RZECZPOSPOLITA POLSKA' arcs beneath, accompanied by the emission year '2000'. The mint mark 'MW' is positioned beneath the eagle's left talon.
