Obverse description The Polish state eagle emblem occupies the central field, rendered in a stylized heraldic manner, with the mint mark of the Mennica Polska (MW) positioned beneath the eagle's left talon. Below the eagle, a frieze of stylized figures representing soldiers from various military formations is depicted in low relief.
