| Obverse description | The obverse features the Polish state eagle — the crowned white eagle emblem of the Polish People's Republic — displayed prominently in the centre of the field, rendered in low relief without a crown in the socialist heraldic style. The date of issue appears flanked on either side of the eagle's lower body, with the mint mark 'MW' positioned nearby. The denomination '10' is boldly inscribed in the lower field, flanked by the currency abbreviation 'ZŁ' on each side.
