| Aanvullende informatie |
Poland and Ukraine were awarded joint hosting rights for UEFA Euro 2012 in April 2007, the first time the tournament was held in Eastern Europe. The decision was politically significant for both nations, and the Mint of Poland issued several collector pieces in the build-up to the tournament — this being among the later releases in that series as the June 2012 kick-off approached.
Y#824 is one of at least four distinct Euro 2012 silver issues from Mennica Polska, each carrying different reverse treatments across the run.
