Comments

Training notes produced for bank teller instruction in China circulate almost entirely outside normal numismatic channels — they are institutional consumables, not intended for the public, and most are destroyed after use. This one survived. The issuing institution is unidentified, which is typical: Chinese banking schools and state-owned bank training centers rarely print their name prominently on practice material, and no central registry of such issues exists.

The 2018 date places it within a period when Chinese banks were modernizing teller certification programs, partly in response to the rapid decline in cash transaction volumes driven by mobile payment adoption. Training notes remained necessary precisely because cash handling errors carry real liability.
