The central vignette consists of a large foliate rosette with the numeral 10 at its centre, flanked by two smaller matching rosettes each bearing the numeral 10, all set within a fine lathe-work border. The bank name appears in romanised form across the top panel reading SI BEI NUNG MIN IN XANG, and a lower cartouche carries the inscription SH Y AN and the year 1942. Two manuscript signatures appear in the lower field. |
