| Obverse description | Blue-green letterpress print on a fine guilloche underprint. At left, a large scalloped medallion vignette bears the denomination 拾圓 (10 Yuan) in Chinese characters. To the right, a landscape vignette shows a traditional Chinese pavilion amid bare winter trees set behind a low stone balustrade wall, with two red seal chops flanking a central cartouche inscribed with the Republic of China date (中華民國三十一年). The bank name 西北農民銀行 is printed across the top, with two red serial numbers in the upper field. |

| Reverse description | Blue-green letterpress print with an elaborate guilloche underprint. The central vignette consists of a large foliate rosette with the numeral 10 at its centre, flanked by two smaller matching rosettes each bearing the numeral 10, all set within a fine lathe-work border. The bank name appears in romanised form across the top panel reading SI BEI NUNG MIN IN XANG, and a lower cartouche carries the inscription SH Y AN and the year 1942. Two manuscript signatures appear in the lower field. |
