Beschrijving voorzijde	At centre, an intaglio-engraved oval portrait vignette of Dr. Sun Yat-sen is set against a fine guilloche underprint in blue, with the issuer's name 行銀灣臺 arching across the top. The denomination 拾圓 appears within an ornate interlaced red and blue medallion in the lower half of the note, flanked by two red seal chops. Serial numbers in red are printed above the portrait and at the base, with the Republic of China era date inscription positioned above the lower serial.

Beschrijving keerzijde	The upper portion carries an intaglio vignette of the Bank of Taiwan headquarters building rendered in fine line engraving, with trees and street figures visible in the foreground. Below, the English denomination TEN YUAN is set within a scrollwork cartouche, above a large guilloche numeral 10 within a circular rosette against a microtext underprint bearing repeated BANK OF TAIWAN and TEN YUAN legends. The date 1954 appears at the base, with the printer's imprint along the bottom margin.
