The legend naming the seven waypoints along the historic route — Popyong, Hwapyong, Kanggye, Huichon, Kaechon, Sinanju, and Pyongyang — is inscribed in Hangul across the central field. The dual Juche date range 'Juche 14 (1925) — Juche 109 (2020)' appears in the lower portion of the field, framing the commemorative inscription.
