Opis awersu	The obverse displays the Venezuelan coat of arms at center, surrounded by the national legend arcing along the upper periphery. Along the lower periphery, near the edge, appear the weight specification, date of issue, and gold fineness. The design incorporates two dates commemorating Venezuelan independence and the federal constitution, separated by the coat of arms motif. All inscriptions are rendered in raised Latin characters within a continuous border.
