Reverse description Printed in black, the reverse is dominated by a central oval vignette of the Persian Imperial Coat of Arms — a lion passant holding a sword with a rising sun behind, enclosed within a laurel wreath and surmounted by a crown. Elaborate guilloche rosettes fill the left and right panels, with the denomination numeral "10" appearing in each corner. The issuer's name arcs across the top and the denomination in words runs along the lower centre, with a branch-specific payability notice at the foot.
