Reverse description	The large numeral '10' is prominently displayed in the upper central field, with the Cyrillic denomination legend ТИЙИН inscribed below in bold relief lettering. Two upright cotton branches bearing open bolls and leaves frame the denomination symmetrically on the left and right, forming an open wreath. A small decorative rosette device appears at the centre base of the wreath, separating the two branches.
