Beschrijving voorzijde	The obverse carries a central vignette of the National Coat of Arms of Samoa flanked by the national flag, with a distant view of the Samoan coastline and a traditional kava bowl rendered in intaglio. Guilloche underprints frame the design, with denomination numerals and bilingual inscriptions in Samoan and English arranged along the upper and lower margins. The issuing authority title appears in both languages across the face of the note.

Beschrijving keerzijde	The reverse presents a panoramic intaglio vignette of the Samoan shoreline with leaning coconut palms framing a calm lagoon, tropical foliage to the right, and a distant island silhouette on the horizon rendered under a warm sky. Denomination panels marked '$10' in guilloche cartouches appear at the left and right margins, with decorative geometric borders along the top and bottom edges. The issuing authority name and denomination appear in bilingual inscriptions below the central vignette.
