| Obverse description | Portrait of Sheikh Mujibur Rahman in three-quarter view to the right, rendered in intaglio, occupies the right portion of the note. The centre carries the denomination in Bengali script flanked by a large guilloche vignette with floral and foliate underprint in purple and gold at left.
