| Obverse description | Printed in dark purple and lilac tones on a light ground, the obverse carries the Arabic inscription of the bank name at the top within an ornate guilloche border. At centre-left, a large Arabic denomination legend dominates the face above a geometric rosette underprint, while at right a vignette shows a male industrial worker operating machinery, rendered in intaglio style. Two signatures appear beneath the central inscription, with the serial number printed twice in Arabic-Eastern numerals, and the date given in both Hijri and Gregorian calendars at lower centre. |

| Reverse description | The reverse, printed in brown and mauve on a pale ground, presents a detailed architectural vignette of the Umayyad Mosque in Damascus, viewed through a grand arched colonnade with the minaret visible in the background and the courtyard extending to the right. Geometric Islamic ornamental panels frame the left margin, and a large unprinted circle occupies the upper right quadrant, typical of this series. The English-language bank name and denomination appear at top centre and lower margin respectively, flanked by the numeral 10 at each side. |
