Surrounding the central emblem in the mirror-polished field are twelve ancient Kyrgyz tamga (tribal symbols or clan marks) arranged evenly around the circumference. The curved Cyrillic legend УЛУУ КЫРГЫЗ КАГАНАТЫ (Great Kyrgyz Khaganate) arcs across the upper portion of the field, and the date 2015 appears at the bottom. |
