Obverse description The field is densely populated with a repeating decorative motif of stylised animal silhouettes — including birds, mammals, and reptiles — arranged across the entire surface in the manner of traditional Central Asian ornamental art. The national coat of arms of Kyrgyzstan is depicted centrally in the upper portion of the field. A circular legend in Cyrillic script runs along the rim, with the date '2009' inscribed in the lower exergue flanked by two bullet points.

Reverse description A golden eagle (berkut) is depicted in dynamic flight, wings fully outstretched, occupying the central and right portions of the field. To the left, a rocky landscape is rendered in relief, featuring a falconer with a bird of prey, evoking traditional Kyrgyz hunting culture. The denomination '10 СОМ' appears to the right, while the metallic fineness and weight 'Ag925 31,10г' are inscribed in the upper left. A multicolour EurAsEC logo in blue and gold appears at the lower centre. Bilingual legends in Cyrillic reading 'БУРКУТ' and 'БЕРКУТ' (Kyrgyz and Russian for 'eagle') are placed in the upper field, and 'ЖИВОТНЫЙ МИР СТРАН ЕВРАЗЭС' (Wildlife of the EurAsEC countries) curves along the lower rim.
