Three circular insets filled with blue colour are positioned at the apex and the two lower corners of the triangle. Below the triangle, a horizontal band contains nine oval insets filled with red colour, arranged in two rows. The date 2019 appears in the right field of the triangle in incuse numerals. |

| 裏面の説明 | The reverse depicts a stylised profile bust of a Kyrgyz woman in traditional dress, rendered in a stark, modernist linear style against a split field of mirror and matte finish.
