| Obverse description | The obverse features the national coat of arms of the Kyrgyz Republic displayed within a raised inner circle, depicting a rising sun over snow-capped mountains with a stylized bird with spread wings in the lower portion. The legend 'ЭЛ АРАЛЫК ТОО ЖЫЛЫ' arcs along the upper periphery, with 'КЫРГЫЗ РЕСПУБЛИКАСЫ' inscribed within the inner circle. Small decorative floral ornaments flank both sides of the field between the inner and outer rims. The date '2002' appears in the lower exergual area.
