| Obverse description | At the upper centre of the octagonal flan, the National Coat of Arms of the Kyrgyz Republic is depicted within a circular frame. Dominating the central field is a large stylised spiral design rendered in relief, incorporating lines of Old Turkic or Arabic-script text throughout its bands, evoking manuscript calligraphy. To the right of the spiral, a realistic depiction of the Burana Tower — the historic minaret near Tokmok — rises against a subtly textured background. The issuer legend in Cyrillic script appears along the lower left and right periphery, with the date 2016 at the bottom centre. |
