Obverse description The state coat of arms of Uzbekistan is centrally rendered in high relief within the field, depicting a Humo bird with outstretched wings set against radiating sunrays, flanked by wheat sheaves and cotton bolls tied with a ribbon, with a rising sun above and a Rokh (legendary bird) at the apex. The arms are contained within a beaded inner circle. The legend 'OʻZBEKISTON RESPUBLIKASI' curves along the upper periphery in raised Latin characters, with the gold fineness designation 'Au 9999' at lower left, the weight '31.1 gr' at lower right, and the date '1997' at the base, all separated by raised dots.

The statue stands upon a stylised pedestal incorporating crossed swords or lances in the exergue. The denomination '10 SOM' appears at the base of the statue in raised numerals and lettering. The surrounding legend reads '• TOSHKENT •' arching across the upper field and '• AMIR TEMUR HAYKALI •' along the lower periphery in bold raised Latin characters.
