| 背面描述 | A sea-goat (Capricorn), depicted in profile facing left in a rearing posture with its fish-tail curling beneath its body, occupies the central field. The creature is rendered in bold, detailed relief with clearly defined musculature and scaled tail. The legend CAPRICORN arcs along the upper border, flanked on each side by a row of small five-pointed stars. The date 2012 appears in the lower exergue, also flanked by stars, completing the zodiac series design. |

The Bank of Somaliland has issued a long-running wildlife series denominated in shillings despite Somaliland's currency having no recognition from any sovereign state or international financial institution. The "Capricorn" pieces form part of a zodiac subset within that program, struck for the collector market rather than domestic circulation — Somaliland's actual commerce runs largely on the older, heavily inflated Somaliland shilling or on US dollars.
The "Full leaves" distinction separates this from a known die variant with truncated or partial foliage, a detail that matters primarily to type collectors completing the series.
