Obverse description	A vignette of a Chaplin's Barbet (Lybius chaplini) perched on a branch occupies the right portion of the note, with the Zambian coat of arms at upper centre flanked by guilloche ornaments. The central field carries the intaglio promise-to-pay text and denomination TEN SHILLINGS, with a Governor signature line below.
