Popis líce	The central vignette presents a tall palm tree set within an elaborate guilloche frame, flanked by the denomination numeral '10' in ornate cartouches at either side. The issuer's name arches across the upper portion in bold letterpress, while the promise-to-pay legend is arranged in two columns surrounding the central vignette. The place of issue 'LAGOS' and a manuscript date appear at lower left, accompanied by two manuscript signatures and the members' designation of the West African Currency Board at lower right.
