| Obverse description | Left vignette shows the minaret of the Abdulaziz Mosque in Mogadishu rendered in fine intaglio engraving against a geometric guilloche underprint, with the National Coat of Arms positioned above to its right. The centre carries the large numeral '10' over a multi-colour rosette guilloche, flanked by two signature lines captioned 'GUDDOOMIYAHA' and 'LACAGHAYAHA', with date and legal reference text above.
