| 备注 |
ORI — Oeang Repoeblik Indonesia — was the first currency issued by the newly proclaimed Republic of Indonesia, introduced on 30 October 1946 to replace the Dutch and Japanese occupation currency still circulating across the archipelago. The 10 Sen formed the lowest tier of that inaugural series. The "big print area" variant designation within P#15B reflects genuine die differences between printings rather than simple press variation — the early Republican government had access to limited and inconsistent printing equipment, and the resulting typographic irregularities are catalogued as distinct types.
Carrying and using ORI notes was, for a period, an act with real political consequences: Dutch colonial authorities declared them illegal tender in territories under their control during the independence struggle.
