Poznámky	ORI II — the second series of Oeang Republik Indonesia — was produced entirely within the republic's own territory during the Dutch military actions that had already severed Indonesia's access to established overseas printers. The 10 Rupiah was printed in Yogyakarta, which served as the de facto capital of the republic after the Dutch reoccupied Batavia in 1945. Domestic production under blockade conditions meant crude paper stocks, inconsistent inking, and limited security features — all deliberate tradeoffs made to keep currency flowing through republican-held areas. Surviving notes from this series frequently show foxing and brittleness attributable to the low-grade wartime paper rather than to circulation wear.
