Description de l’avers	Blue letterpress note with a central vignette of a domed mosque to the right, beneath a scroll-pattern border with corner ornaments. The large numeral '10' and the word 'SEPULUH' appear in bold across the centre, with the denomination 'RUPIAH' below, flanked by inscriptions reading 'TANDA PEMBAJARAN JANG SAH GUBERNUR SUMATERA'. The date 'B.TINOGI, 1-1-1948' and a facsimile signature are printed in the lower centre, with the validity inscription 'BERLAKU UNTUK DAERAH ATJEH' in a banner along the bottom.
