Obverse description	Blue letterpress note with the inscription REPUBLIK INDONESIA in an arched banner at the top centre, and the large denomination legend SEPULUH RUPIAH printed across the middle field. The four corners carry numeral 10 roundels, while stylised sunburst and fan motifs frame the design at each side. A central rectangular panel contains a legal warning text in Indonesian, partially obscured by an inked control stamp, flanked by two small vignettes — a harbour scene to the left and a coastal landscape to the right.

Reverse description	Blue letterpress design on a plain paper ground, with the denomination numeral 10 repeated in each lower corner and a large central rectangular text panel framed by a stylised classical portico motif. A red handwritten serial number appears in the upper left area, and a red circular gubernatorial seal is affixed to the upper right. A mountain landscape vignette with stylised waves runs along the lower portion beneath the text panel.
