| Reverse description | The copper-nickel centre displays a full-length devotional figure of Shri Krishna Chaitanya Mahaprabhu in a dynamic dancing posture, arms raised in ecstatic kirtan, standing upon a lotus pedestal, rendered in relief against an engine-turned field. The year '२०१५' in Devanagari numerals appears to the lower left of the figure and '2015' in Latin numerals to the lower right. The aluminium bronze outer ring carries a bilingual commemorative legend: in Devanagari along the upper arc reading 'श्री कृष्ण चैतन्य महाप्रभु के वृंदावन आगमन की ५०० वीं जयंती' and in Latin script along the lower arc reading 'SHRI KRISHNA CHAITANYA MAHAPRABHU'S 500TH ANNIVERSARY OF COMING TO VRINDAVAN', separated by ornamental dots. |
