Reverse description The reverse features the large numeral '10' prominently displayed in the centre of the field in bold relief. Above the numeral, the country name appears in three scripts arranged in an arc: Sinhala (ශ්‍රී ලංකා), Tamil (இலங்கை), and Latin (SRI LANKA). Below the numeral, the denomination is inscribed in three lines in Sinhala (රුපියල් දහයයි), Tamil (பத்து ரூபாய்), and Latin (TEN RUPEES), followed by the date 2013. Two stylised laurel or grain sprigs flank the lower portion of the field, and the entire design is encircled by a repeating geometric border pattern following the hendecagonal coin outline.
