Reverse description The large numeral '10' dominates the central field, with the denomination spelled out below in three scripts: Sinhala (රුපියල් දහයයි), Tamil (பத்து ரூபாய்), and Latin (TEN RUPEES). The country name Sri Lanka appears along the upper arc of the inner circle in three scripts: Sinhala (ශ්‍රී ලංකා), Tamil (இலங்கை), and Latin (SRI LANKA). The date 2013 is inscribed in the lower portion of the inner circle, flanked on either side by stylised ears of paddy. The entire central design is enclosed within a beaded or geometric border, with the eleven-sided rim featuring the same incised triangular decorative pattern as the obverse.
