正面描述	Plain unadorned note of emergency issue type, with the issuer's name in ornate script at the top and the promissory text in letterpress below. The denomination TEN RUPEES is printed in large bold capitals at centre, with the value Rs 10 enclosed in a typeset frame to the right. A decorative ruled border runs along the left edge, serial number appears at upper left and upper right, and an embossed dry seal is impressed at lower right; two manuscript signatures appear at the foot with their respective titles.

背面描述	Reverse is essentially blank, with show-through of the obverse text visible through the thin paper. A large embossed official seal of the Government of Seychelles is impressed at lower left, its device and legend discernible in relief but carrying no printed ink.
