| 正面描述 | At the centre of the copper-nickel inner disc, the Lion Capital of Ashoka Pillar — India's national emblem — is depicted in raised relief, showing the four Asiatic lions atop an abacus with the Dharma Chakra. Directly below the emblem, within the centre, appears the Devanagari legend 'सत्यमेव जयते' (Satyameva Jayate, meaning 'Truth alone triumphs'). The denomination '₹10' is prominently displayed in the lower portion of the centre field. The aluminium bronze outer ring carries the country name in Devanagari 'भारत' to the left and 'INDIA' in Latin script to the right. |
