Obverse description	Multicoloured note in shades of orange, brown, and olive, with a central ornate vignette enclosed within an elaborate floral guilloche border. A curved banner at the top carries the title inscription in Urdu script, flanked on either side by the numeral 10 in decorative panels. The denomination is expressed in four scripts — Urdu, Telugu, Kannada, and English — within rectangular cartouches, with the English legend reading "O.S. RS. TEN." The serial number appears twice in black on the lower portion, with the prefix and numerals in a serif typeface.

Reverse description	Predominantly pale yellow-green and multicoloured guilloche design with an intricate engine-turned geometric underprint covering the entire surface. A central oval medallion contains a stylised floral or scroll motif, surrounded by concentric bands of fine-line guilloche work in soft rose and gold tones. The numeral 10 appears at the top centre and in decorative panels at each of the four corners, with an additional Urdu numeral at the bottom centre.
