Description de l’avers	The obverse carries a central vignette of a toddy tapper ascending a coconut palm in the foreground, set against a background scene of performers playing the boduber, the traditional Maldivian frame drum. Fine guilloche underprint patterns fill the field, with the denomination and issuing authority inscriptions rendered in both Thaana script and Latin characters.

Description du revers	The reverse is dominated by a large, detailed vignette of the boduber, the ancient traditional drum of the Maldives, rendered in warm amber and deep brown intaglio tones against a golden guilloche underprint incorporating a map outline of the Maldivian archipelago. A transparent polymer window bearing an ornate black lacework rosette pattern is situated in the upper centre, flanked to the right by the denomination numeral '10' and the inscriptions 'TEN RUFIYAA' and 'MALDIVES MONETARY AUTHORITY' in blue. The date '5 OCTOBER 2015' appears vertically along the left margin, with the denomination numeral '10' and 'MALDIVES' repeated at the base.
