| Obverse description | Dark blue on light yellow paper with a repeated guilloche underprint bearing the text «ГОСБАНКСССР». The year 1961 appears at the bottom centre within a decorative border, flanked by corner numerals «10». At right, an ornate teal diamond-shaped vignette contains the denomination «10 РУБЛЕЙ».
