Beschrijving keerzijde Central motif depicts the planet Venus rendered as a vivid pad-printed polychrome disc in tones of orange, red, and yellow, conveying the planet's dense atmospheric appearance. The planet is set within a concentric ring design suggestive of an orbital path, against a deeply recessed black field. Decorative elements including stylized celestial and baroque motifs fill the surrounding field in fine milled relief. The inscription 'VENUS' appears in raised Latin letters to the left of the planet along the orbital ring.

Aanvullende informatie

Issued as part of Belarus's long-running series celebrating the solar system's planets, this piece uses pad-printing — an industrial transfer technique borrowed from commercial manufacturing — to apply colored enamel-like surface detail directly onto the struck silver. The National Bank of Belarus was among the earliest post-Soviet issuers to adopt the method extensively, though the long-term archival stability of pad-printed surfaces on bullion remains a legitimate conservation concern for collectors.
