| Reverse description | The reverse is composed entirely of typographic and ornamental letterpress elements within a decorative floral border. A large scrollwork ribbon at centre carries the denomination ДЕСЯТЬ РУБЛЕЙ in bold Cyrillic display type, with the numeral 10 and РУБЛЕЙ repeated in the lower corners. Above the denomination, a block of Cyrillic text sets out the authority for issue by the Soviet of People's Commissars of the Turkestan region. Below, the anti-counterfeiting warning ПОДДЕЛКА ПРЕСЛЕДУЕТСЯ ЗАКОНОМ and the redemption notice ПОДЛЕЖИТ ОБМЕНУ НА ГОСУДАРСТВЕННЫЕ КРЕДИТНЫЕ БИЛЕТЫ are printed in smaller Cyrillic text, with the year 1918 at the foot. |
