| Obverse description | The bimetallic coin features a brass outer ring and a copper-nickel centre. The denomination '10 РУБЛЕЙ' is displayed prominently in the centre of the disc, with the numeral '0' incorporating a latent image security device revealing alternately the number '10' and the abbreviation 'РУБ' when the angle of view is changed. The upper portion of the ring bears the legend 'БАНК РОССИИ' along the rim, while the year of issue '2002' appears in the lower portion of the ring. Stylised plant branches extend from the ring onto the disc at the left and right, and the Saint Petersburg Mint mark (СПМД) is positioned in the lower part of the disc. |
