Хаисъ выплачиваютъ за каждую тысячу рублей разменными билетами — тысячу рублей государственными кредитными билетами или пятипроцентными краткосрочными обязательствами Государственнаго Казначейства и принимаютъ разменные билеты города Одессы от всякаго рода платежи въ любой сумме. По миновании надобности въ разменныхъ билетахъ публикуется во всеобщее сведеніе населенія города Одессы срокъ, въ теченіе котораго настоящій разменный билетъ долженъ быть представленъ въ Одесскую Контору Государственнаго Банка для полученія десяти руб. госуд. кред. бил. |
