| Obverse description | Central vignette of a large numeral '10' within an ornate octagonal frame, flanked by fasces at left and right, all set against a fine guilloche underprint in rose-pink tones. Serial number 'В 007' appears at upper left and lower right corners. Text panel below the central motif carries a bearer instruction in Cyrillic script, with two manuscript signatures above the issuing authority inscription 'ГОСУДАРСТВЕННЫЙ БАНКЪ / АРХАНГЕЛЬСКОЕ ОТДѢЛЕНІЕ' at the foot. |

| Reverse description | Rose-pink guilloche border frames the entire reverse, with the numeral '10' printed in each corner. The upper register bears the large bold heading 'ГОСУДАРСТВЕННЫЙ БАНКЪ', beneath which a central text block in Cyrillic script sets out the temporary issuance declaration by the Archangel Branch of the State Bank and its equivalence to credit notes in circulation within Arkhangelsk province. The lower register carries the large bold legend 'АРХАНГЕЛЬСКОЕ ОТДѢЛЕНІЕ' above repeated denomination inscriptions 'ДЕСЯТЬ РУБЛЕЙ' at top and bottom. |
