正面描述 Portrait of Vladimir Ilyich Lenin (1870–1924) at right, the National Emblem of the Soviet Union in the upper left corner, and an adhesive validation stamp bearing the effigy of General Alexander Vasilyevich Suvorov affixed at the far right. The note is based on the 1961 Soviet State Bank issue, with the Transnistrian stamp applied as an overprint to authorize its circulation. Guilloche underprint in multicolor tones frames the central vignette.

备注

Transnistria's first rouble series, introduced after the breakaway republic declared independence from Moldova in 1990, was produced under extremely constrained circumstances. The printing date of 30 April 1994 — formatted in the local convention as 30.04.1945, which has caused persistent misreading among collectors — places these notes squarely in the chaotic early period when the unrecognised state was simultaneously fighting for survival and building financial infrastructure from scratch.

No major security printing house was involved. The notes are notoriously crude by contemporary standards, and early issues suffered from poor ink adhesion.
